Our goal of providing employment is inextricably linked to developing people’s skills and preparing them for employment. We aim to provide technical know-how and skill development courses for youth and women residing in slums and backward areas. This empowers women of marginalised communities, with professional and vocational skills that helps them in getting employment opportunities.
To women, we provide handicraft product making and stitching and to youth soft skills training, such as interview preparation, to ensure that people are truly job-ready. Our industry connections help us ensure that the talents we teach are put to good use in the right jobs. Uditkun foundation focuses on youth employability through new-age skill training with placement opportunities across the country.
